As we continue to meditate on the favor of God over every aspect of our lives, may it speak anew to your heart today. May you be led into all truth in Christ, guided by the Holy Spirit.
The favor of God transforms us—just as it did for Noah. As Hebrews 11:7 says:
“By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith, he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that comes by faith.”
Noah’s favor made him responsible for building an ark for the salvation of his family. Today, you and I are called to build our lives upon Christ—the Rock—shaped by Scripture into a dwelling place for the Lord, standing on His promises, and led into all truth.
“But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears, and will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify Me by taking from what is Mine and making it known to you.”
— John 16:13–15
The Holy Spirit leads you into truth—not only revealing it, but enabling you to experience it. He helps you understand the truth of God.
Pontius Pilate once asked Jesus, “What is truth?” (John 18:38). He asked the right question of the right Person, but did not wait for the answer. The Truth stood before him—the Living Word.
The world often defines truth in subjective terms or as a mere principle. It equates truth with accuracy or authenticity, yet what is legalized by the world is not always righteous before God.
Today, belief in God is often ridiculed. But this is a systemic issue—a result of the world’s fallen system. That’s why parents must teach their children God’s Word during teachable moments, just as Daniel, though young in exile, resisted Babylon’s culture through the Word in him.
Ultimately, each of us is responsible for our own soul. We must study Scripture so the truth may take root and dwell richly in us.
“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
— John 14:6
In a pluralistic world, standing for this truth may make you seem intolerant. But being His disciple comes with a cost. Still, this Truth—Christ—sets you free.
Paul once hated the Name of Jesus. But one encounter with the risen Lord, brighter than the sun, transformed him. The Holy Spirit does the same in us—He leads us not to a principle, but to a Person.
“He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created… all things were created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”
— Colossians 1:15–17
This is the One who answers your call—Jesus, the Alpha and the Omega. In Him, all things hold together. And when you belong to Him, your life is lived in Christ, through Christ, and for Christ.
Following Him means doing what He desires, even when your will differs. The truth of being crucified with Christ becomes practical when you surrender, and the joy of obedience far outweighs the cost.
“How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to Your Word.”
— Psalm 119:9
The Holy Spirit leads you to the Word, and the Word is Christ:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
— John 1:1
“All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and whoever comes to Me I will never drive away.”
— John 6:37
Christ is waiting to receive and transform you. The truth is not a concept—it is a Person. When you seek the truth, the Holy Spirit leads you to Him.
Come to Him today. Draw near, surrendering your ego and declaring your desire to do His will. You are crucified with Christ, the Truth who sets you free.
Lord, we need You. You are our one defense, our righteousness. Reveal Yourself to us. May Truth prevail, and may we be blessed to reign in life through Your grace and strength—so that Your Name is glorified.
In the Name of Christ Jesus — Amen.
