ABOUT PASTOR CHARLES

Born and raised in a pastor’s home, Pastor Charles Finny Arumainayagam developed an innate desire to serve God from a young age. Immersed in the church, he began his journey in ministry by actively participating in its activities, particularly leveraging his God-given musical talents within the Youth Ministry.

Following God’s timing, Pastor Charles pursued his theological education in the United Kingdom. Between 1994 and 1997, he earned a Diploma in Christian Ministry from Mattersey Hall (the U.K.’s Assemblies of God Bible College) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Biblical Theology from the University of Sheffield. He returned to his homeland in 1997 with a renewed zeal to preach the Word of God and impact lives for Christ.

Pastor Charles carries a distinct passion for transforming and shaping minds with godly wisdom. He excels at connecting with the congregation, equipping them to orient their lives towards God’s glory and to serve as effective witnesses for Him.

Ministry is a family calling for the Arumainayagams. Pastor Charles is married to Preethy, and they are blessed with two wonderful daughters, Jemimah and Judith. Sharing her husband’s passion, Preethy also felt called to ministry from her school days. She is an integral part of their work, contributing significantly through teaching, discipleship, counseling, and ministry administration.
